One of our most popular offerings! This is 21 day aged, hand trimmed, vacuum seal packaged slow grown Angus beef. This ‘share’ of the harvest includes:

• 4 Premium Steaks - (A selection of Ribeyes, New York Strip, Tenderloin, Bone-in Ribeyes or Sirloin steaks)

• 9 lbs of lean Ground Beef (comes in 1.5 lbs packages, single animal sourced)

• 1 Premier Roast (approx. 2.3 - 4.0 lbs)

• 1 package Carne Asada

• 1 package of Ribs (Flanken style or English Cut)

• 1 package cubed beef kabob meat OR an extra package of carne asada

• This purchase includes FREE HOME DELIVERY IN THE TREASURE VALLEY OF IDAHO. (We do not ship our beef.)

• No antibiotics or growth hormones ever

Just the right size (approximately 20.5-23 lbs) if you want quality beef meals for a few months but are short on freezer space. The variety of cuts in this ‘share’ means there is something to please everyone in the family!
