Refunds

Thank you for being a customer of Bruce Ranch Beef CSA and purchasing a ‘share’ of our beef.

Deposits: We offer a full refund of your deposit within 5 business days of your purchase. After the 5-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a deposit refund, feel free to contact us at bruceranchbeef@gmail.com

‘Shares’: Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds for your harvested/processed beef ‘share’. If you are not 100% satisfied with the beef purchased from us, please contact us. We want to make sure you are taken care of and heard.

Any refund requests (has never happened) will be reviewed by our team and we will do our best to work with you. We reserve the right to resolve any satisfaction issues by issuing a credit towards a future ‘share.’
