Quality and cost:

Your all natural Angus beef will be supreme quality, aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Your cost for 108 lbs is $1053.00 plus Idaho State sales tax of 6%. Your pre-paid deposit is taken off your final invoice.

$1053.00-$200 (pre-paid deposit) = $853.00 (final invoice) + Idaho sales tax

If your quarter ‘share’ does not equal 108 lbs, we will reduce your final invoice accordingly per lb it is short of 108 lbs.

Freezer space required:

Approximately 5-6 Cubic feet. Feeds family of four eating 4 lbs of beef per week for 26-27 weeks.

Our quarter ‘share’ of grassfed/grass finished beef is comprised of:

  • 50% Ground Beef

  • 25% Steaks

  • 25% Ribs and Roasts

You Will Receive:

  • Ground beef (90% meat, 10% fat)(1.5 lb packages)

  • 5-6 Roasts (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, ARM Pot Roast) (Size is 3-4 lbs)

  • 15-17 Steaks (1” thick, 2 per package)

    • T-Bone, Bone-in Ribeye, Sirloin, Flank or Skirt

    • (Note the T-bone cut includes New York Strip and Filet)

  • Short Ribs

  • Stew meat

  • Carne asada

  • Brisket or Tri-Tip

  • OPTIONAL: soup bones
