Once harvested your ‘share’ of beef is aged for 2-3 weeks enriching the flavor. It is then hand-trimmed and vacuum seal packaged in easy to use portions by our custom butcher team. Let us know if you have questions about the specific cuts that come in our ‘shares.’ This is a deposit only. A final invoice will be calculated and emailed once harvest is complete.
