Our half ‘share’ of grassfed/grass finished beef is comprised of:
50% Ground Beef
25% Steaks
25% Ribs and Roasts
You Will Receive:
Ground beef (90% meat, 10% fat)(1.5 lb packages)
Roasts (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, ARM Pot Roast) (Size is 3-4 lbs)
Steaks (1” thick, 2 per package)
T-Bone, Bone-in Ribeye, Sirloin, Flank or Skirt
(Note the T-bone cut includes New York Strip and Filet)
Short Ribs
Beef Kabob/Stew meat
Carne asada
1/2 Brisket
1 Tri-Tip
OPTIONAL: soup bones
Quality and cost:
Your all natural Angus beef will be supreme quality, aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Your cost for 210 lbs is $1995.00 plus Idaho State sales tax of 6%. Your pre-paid deposit is taken off your final invoice.

$1995.00-$400 (pre-paid deposit) = $1595.00 (final invoice) + Idaho sales tax
If your half ‘share’ does not equal 210 lbs, we will reduce your final invoice accordingly per lb it is short of 210 lbs.
Freezer space required:
Approximately 8-9 cubic feet.
