Our full ‘share’ of grassfed/grass finished beef is comprised of:

  • 50% Ground Beef

  • 25% Steaks

  • 25% Ribs and Roasts

You Will Receive:

  • Ground beef (90% meat, 10% fat)(1.5 lb packages)

  • Roasts (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, ARM Pot Roast) (Size is 3-4 lbs)

  • Steaks (1” thick, 2 per package)

    • T-Bone, Bone-in Ribeye, Sirloin, Flank or Skirt

    • (Note the T-bone cut includes New York Strip and Filet)

  • Short Ribs

  • Carne asada

  • Beef Kabob/Stew meat

  • Full brisket

  • 2 Tri-Tip

  • OPTIONAL: soup bones

When purchasing a full beef ‘share’, we can take custom requests for steak thickness, how many steaks per package and percentage of fat in ground beef, etc…

Quality and cost:

Your all natural Angus beef will be supreme quality, aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Your cost for 410 lbs is $3854 plus Idaho State sales tax of 6%. Your pre-paid deposit is taken off your final invoice.

410 lbs of vacuum seal packaged, dry aged beef = $3854.

$3854-$800 (pre-paid deposit) = $3054 (final invoice) + Idaho sales tax

If your full ‘share’ does not equal 410 lbs, we will reduce your final invoice accordingly per lb it is short of 410 lbs.
