We’re on Instagram!

We moved our replacement heifers to a fresh field. We drove them the a spot normally not used to put them on the best feed we have. We hope this helps get them bred in a tighter window, which would mean more calves faster next winter.

The cows are enjoying the green grass this spring and we got the bulls turned out last week. The bulls will stay with the cows for the next 60 to 90 days. Most of them will be bred with in the next 45 days. The gestation period for an angus cow is 28
