• 4 Premium Steaks - (A selection of Ribeyes, New York Strips, or Sirloin steaks)

• 3 lbs of 21 day aged Ground Beef (1.5 lbs packages, single animal sourced)

• 1 Premier Sirloin Tip Roast or half Brisket (approx. 2.0 - 3.5 lbs)

• 1 package Carne Asada or Skirt Steak (1.5 lb)

• 1 package thinly sliced Shaved Beef or Flat Iron steak

• 2 packages English Cut Short Ribs (3.0 lbs)

• 1 package of Osso Buco meat for bone broth or for making Osso Buco
