This ‘share’ brings together the cuts built for smoke and flame: richly marbled brisket, hearty beef back ribs, meaty short ribs and a tender flat iron steak - all raised from cattle born and raised on our family ranch. This ‘share’ is only available in grassfed/grain finished beef.
