Our full ‘share’ of grassfed/grain finished beef is comprised of:

  • 50% Ground Beef

  • 25% Steaks

  • 25% Ribs and Roasts

You Will Receive:

  • Ground beef (80-85% meat, 20-15% fat)(1.5 lb packages)

  • Roasts (ARM POT roast, Chuck, Rump & Sirloin Tip) (Size 3-4 lbs)

  • Steaks

    • T-Bone, Ribeye, Sirloin, Flank and Skirt

    • (Note the T-bone cut includes New York Strip and Filet)

  • Short Ribs

  • Full Brisket

  • 2 Tri-Tip

  • Carne asada

  • Stew meat

  • Soup bones (optional)

When purchasing a full beef ‘share’, we can take custom requests for steak thickness, how many steaks per package, percentage of fat in ground beef and more…

Quality and cost:

Your all natural Angus beef will be supreme quality, aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand trimmed and vacuum-sealed for freshness. Your cost for 490 lbs is $5145 plus Idaho State sales tax of 6%. Your pre-paid deposit is taken off your final invoice.

$5145-$800 (pre-paid deposit) = $4345 (final invoice) + Idaho sales tax

If your full ‘share’ does not equal 490 lbs, we will reduce your final invoice accordingly by $10.50 per lb it is short of 490 lbs.
