Tips for Grilling BRB Premium Steaks

(T-bone, Rib, Sirloin)

Bring steaks to room temperature.

Pat dry with paper towel.

Season liberally with salt and pepper. (Garlic pepper is wonderful too!)

Preheat the grill to (450° - 500°), scrape the grate clean and oil it lightly.

Cook the steaks on the hottest part of the grill until seared, 3 - 3 1/2 minutes. Use tongs to flip them and sear the second side for another 3 minutes.

Now reduce heat on the grill to low (275° - 300 °). You can even turn off either the front or back burner and slide steaks to the coolest part of the grill so they are receiving indirect heat to finish cooking.

Close the cover and cook another few minutes until steaks reach your desired level of doneness. You can test the doneness of steak by using a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer.

Remove steaks from the grill when the thermometer reads 5° lower than desired temperature. Cover with foil and rest 5 minutes.

* When grilling, medium doneness is 140°-145°.
