Our all-natural, Black Angus beef is aged for 21 days for superior taste and tenderness. Our cattle are grass fed on our pastures and Owyhee mountain range. We offer custom finishing enabling you to select grassfed/grass finished beef OR grassfed/GRAIN finished beef. All of our beef is always free of added hormones or antibiotics.
