Each 'share' consists of approximately 50% of the total lbs as ground beef. The ground beef comes vacuum sealed in 1.5 lb packages.

Short Ribs and Roasts
Each 'share' consists of approximately 25% of the total lbs as short ribs and roasts. The roasts are 3-4 lbs in size. Roasts typically provided:

Steaks
Each 'share' consists of approximately 25% of the total lbs as steaks. Steaks are 1" thick, 2 per package. Steaks typically provided:

Brisket, Stew meat, Carne asada

Each 'share' will also consist of a package (or two) of the following:
